Are you a high school student who enjoys working with kids and wants to make a difference? SPEAK welcomes passionate and responsible high school students who have tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or teaching experience and genuinely enjoy helping younger students learn. We are looking for students who are patient, enthusiastic, dependable, and excited to share their knowledge with others. Whether you have experience teaching in a classroom, tutoring independently, volunteering with children, or helping younger students in your community, we would love to hear from you. As a SPEAK instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your communication skills, develop your own leadership and teaching abilities, and help younger students become more confident speakers and thinkers. Most importantly, we are looking for students who love working with kids and are committed to creating a positive, encouraging, and welcoming learning environment.
